This too shall pass...

So adversity has come upon you. It's frustrating isn't it. So, now what. Waddling in frustration will get you  nowhere. As a matter of fact, you should be thanking Jesus. Adversity will come and go throughout your entire existence. How you spiritually and mentally engage this season of adversity, determines how you'll come out. Here are some fundamental principles on how to think positive in the midst of a storm.

For you to think positive during this seasom of circumstantial downpouring, you must divinely understand why adversity is allowed. Adversity builds character! Effective character traits are developed through uncomfortable situations;not comfortable ones. Once again, you should be thanking Jesus. He thought enough about you, to place you in a season of adversity(growth!!!) so he can bestow the blessings that belong to you. But first, you must learn how to think positive. Read on.

  • Your perception of the adversity determines the degree of internal anguish.
  • Seek and find the positive within the storm and focus your thoughts on those things.
  • Your attitude towards adversity determines the element of your thoughts
  • Being thankful increases positive thinking
Simple isn't it. Now try it. Apply what you've just read and you'll begin walking in the This too shall pass mindset.
